We are in search of a self-oriented professional who would like to join us as a Clinical Support Executive.
Job Profile
Handle and conduct trainings & workshops to Consultants, Doctors, Nurses, Clinical support teams and other Individuals responsible for handling/operating the Medical devices in respective Hospitals and Institutions.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare product presentations for all devices under Diligence Group.
- Provide Internal product trainings to the teams when required.
- Co-ordinating/organizing workshops.
- Provide Technical Support and bring awareness.Attend to On call queries and provide support as required.
Personal Profile
-
- Minimum 2 years’ experience.
- Diploma in, Bio-Medical Studies or Higher qualifications.
- Good command of written & spoken, English & Sinhala.
- Fluency in the Tamil language is an added advantage.
- Willing to Travel and work under pressure at any given time
- Below 35 years of Age
